The Importance of a Well Written PPM!

We recently completed planned maintenance surveys of circa 1,000,000sqft of retail space in three shopping centres in the Midlands & North of England.

Whilst COVID has impacted all sectors in the short term, it’svital that we plan for the future and understand what buildings need in order to be maintained to the best possible standard going forward. PPM’s, as they are known, can be really dry, dull documents for asset managers to work with!

We do things differently, providing a class-leading document which gives asset managers what they need quickly and graphically, whilst leaving the detail to the rear for surveyors to get excited about elsewhere. It’s all about knowing the client and what they need!
