Solar 120 Project – Episode 2 – Green Power!

Black Cat is delighted to be working with Harlex Property and CBRE Investment Management on the groundbreaking Solar 120 in Warrington. This second video showcases how we focus on “Power” to deliver a Net Zero Carbon warehouse refurbishment.

With a solar PV installation that delivers around 700kW of renewable, green energy, future tenants will benefit from lower energy bills and increased energy security. The completed project will be BREEAM Excellent and shows how clients can use, on-site energy generation, low-carbon technologies and a holistic and sustainable approach to the whole refurbishment to improve the environmental impact of the existing building stock.
