Solar 120 Project – Episode 1

It’s always great to be involved with clients and suppliers on ground-breaking projects and this is no exception. 

Working on behalf of CBRE Investment Management and Harlex, Black Cat is in the process of improving a former 120,000 sq ft industrial/contact facility into a truly ground-breaking, BREEAM Excellent and Net Zero Carbon industrial facility. 

With solar PV panels covering 85% of the roof, this provides the potential for 100% green energy facility for the next tenant. 

Our project management and architects have successfully completed the strip out and are excited for the next phase: fit out.
