Solar 120 Launch

This week, we were delighted to be part of the Solar 120 launch event and opening of such a groundbreaking, BREEAM Excellent, carbon neutral, and ESG-focused asset – the solar panels alone are expected to save 130 tonnes/annum of carbon.

The event, organised by Rob Trevor at CBRE IM, featured speeches by Rob, Joe Russell MRICS of CBRE IM, and by Robert Swan, polar explorer, environmental champion and leader of a number of groundbreaking initiatives which you can read about here: https://lnkd.in/eG9N4SBN

The event concluded with the opening of the facility by the Mayor of Warrington, some friendly 5-a-side games on the on-site football pitch, and a BBQ.
