A fan favourite, Mack Argent has joined Black Cat from Workman LLP to build our presence in the buoyant Birmingham property market. With 10 years of experience, Mack has a wealth of Commercial and Industrial experience throughout all aspects and sectors, having some impressive projects with investment funds and institutional clients.

Robert Green joins Black Cat from CBRE as a Building Surveyor and our Birmingham Office Lead. Having over 15 years of experience, Rob’s knowledge has developed from working on some of the Midlands’ most recognisable buildings and projects – leading the #dilapidations arm of CBRE for the Midlands and South.
