Listed building brought into the 21st century

On the outskirts of Manchester’s developing Northern Quarter, Black Cat Building Consultancy was appointed to Project Manage and process a tenant handover for 35 Dale Street.

The client instructed Black Cat to ensure smooth co-ordination of the project and were pleased with the stylish and modern finish of a circa 1900 listed building, bringing it into the 21st century!
