Folkes moves from CBRE to Black Cat

Further to Black Cat Building Consultancy opening their new office in Bristol, they have simultaneously recruited Oliver Folkes, former Head of CBRE’s Bristol Building Consultancy. Oliver will be reinforcing Black Cat’s position in the South by providing additional support to existing and new clients whilst spear-heading their campaign to strengthen their South client base.

Oliver brings over 20 years’ experience with him and said, “the enthusiasm of the entire team at Black Cat to provide their clients with a first-class service has been incredibly refreshing and the attentiveness which every member of the team affords any given task is of the highest calibre.  I am excited to use both my experience and skills to help Black Cat further expand the business in the South and beyond”.
