Works included the strip out and demolition of 30,000 ft2 of previous tenanted areas dating back to 1970, the removal of asbestos containing materials, alterations to existing sprinkler systems, making floors and soffits good and providing the incoming tenant with a new entrance on to the mall.
This project had a timescale of 8 weeks for completion to enable the tenant to start and complete their fit out for their opening in January 2017. This required a hands on approach to dealing with site related matters and the incoming Tenant. Works were completed in November 2016 in line with proposed practical completion date and the client budget
