The successful site is a brown field parcel of development land in Runcorn. Black Cat were involved in structuring and agreeing the agreement to lease, the development specification and we are retained to monitor the development works and make technical representations on behalf of the occupier.
Black Cat have subsequently been appointed to assemble a design team and procure the Tenant’s fit out of the substantial office accommodation and the advanced manufacturing facility.
The project was completed in Q2 2018.
