BCBC were appointed to provide a terminal dilapidation on behalf of Harbert and negotiate with the outgoing tenant.

Black Cat prepared the terminal schedule of dilapidations which was duly served upon the tenant. Black Cat negotiated with the tenant who elected to undertake the internal works and provide cash settlement for external works including roof repairs. The overall level of recovery was in excess of 85%.

Black Cat undertook a full inspection of the tenant’s completed works to ensure the standard of works met the obligations under the lease.
