The works generally comprise the internal and external refurbishment including:
- Strip out of tenant’s alterations;
- Roof repairs including replacement rooflight, cut edge corrosion treatment, relining of gutters;
- Upgrade of lighting throughout;
- Decoration to all areas including warehouse floor;
- Replacement floor coverings;
- Service, test and certify of all retained mechanical and electrical installations;
- Contract value of circa. £140,000.
The works are due to complete in early December 2019, in readiness for a new tenant to take on under a Full Repairing and Insurance Lease.
