Black Cat was appointed to project manage the reconfiguration of an existing medical centre on behalf of Tyntesfield Medical Group for their property, Tower House Medical Centre, Nailsea. In addition to this, we were also appointed to provide Cost Consultancy and Principal Designer services.

The projects focus was to reconfigure the medical facilities due to the revised way in which the practice now operates. This included remodelling of the first floor areas to include consultation pods, rooms and a waiting area. Furthermore, a new entrance was formed to allow a one way flow through the building. This included a new glazed entrance lobby, entrance steps and ramp together with a wellbeing sensory garden for the patients to enjoy.
The new layout of the surgery provides some much-needed facilities and reflects the new approach to working practices following the pandemic.
