The façade works on this 35,000Sq ft building comprised the replacement of the existing ACM rainscreen cladding with a new aluminium rainscreen system. The works included the installation of new fire cavity barriers, EPDM membranes and insulation boards to ensure the fire, weathertightness and thermal performance of the façade.
Our services comprised document and shop drawings review, as well as full assistance throughout the procurement and construction stage, including assistance with technical queries and regular site inspections to report on the installation, quality, and performance of the façade components.
