Following an inspection, we prepared a detailed specification for tender taking into account the challenges involved in working within tenants’ units.
The proposed methodology was approved prior to tender and all parties were kept informed throughout the construction phase to ensure the works were completed on programme without causing disruption to the affected tenants operation.
