Our role included reviewing the provisions of the lease and documentation relating to the property, carrying out numerous site inspections of the property and providing a report advising on the rectification and remedial work required to be carried out as a result of the alteration works undertaken. Upon completion, we also issued the client with a health and safety plan and a fire strategy plan.
