Tenant Alterations

Black Cat were delighted to be instructed to review a number of tenant’s fit out proposals for various floors within Pivot + Mark, Bristol. The building was recently comprehensively refurbished to provide prime contemporary office accommodation within Bristol City Centre; Black Cat were the appointed Project Managers for this refurbishment scheme.

Each floor plate is c.6,000sqft and the tenant’s on the Second, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth floors have undertaken their own fit outs with Black Cat appointed to review and monitor these works. The works were documented by Licences to Alter to ensure that at lease expiry there is a clear record of the tenant’s reinstatement obligations.

We liaised closely with the client, their solicitors, and the building management team throughout the review.  Whilst works were on site, we were able to provide commentary on the works and recommendations on documentation in order to attach to each licence.

Following completion of the tenant’s works, further site inspections were undertaken to ensure all works were undertaken in accordance with the approved drawings. Tight timescales were met for review of the proposals to ensure that no delays were caused in the approval process.
