Following on from our preparation of a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations, Black Cat were retained to tender the works and negotiate a financial settlement in lieu of the Tenant undertaking the works.

The works generally comprised the strip out and refurbishment of the internal offices, alongside external repairs and decoration required after the Tenants vacated the property.
Improvement works were also undertaken to the lighting, fire alarm and heating installation to bring the property back in line with current standards.
