Following provision of the original PPM schedule for Norfolk House, Manchester, back in 2016, and having met all the clients exacting standards we were retained as the incumbent building surveyors on the building, continuing to update the PPM yearly whilst advising and acting as CA on the larger PPM projects required to maintain the asset.

We also assisted in facilitating lettings within the building, administering projects including; reception refurbishment, a suite split to create flexible managed office space with shared meeting rooms and break out space and lighting upgrade works, all alongside providing advice on an ad-hoc basis.
