We were instructed to assist in the end of lease negotiations with the outgoing tenant

Our original claim of £1.19m was contested so we tendered the project to confirm the actual costs. We completed the works and sought recovery of the Landlord’s loss of £1.23m including loss of rent.

The landlord accepted a commercial offer of £880,000. We successfully rejected the Tenant’s argument of diminution in value of the reversion by the approach we took over 2 years duration of the project.
