We were appointed to undertake a Technical Due Diligence survey of a student residential accommodation building prior to the acquisition of the site. The property includes two hundred and six bedrooms provided in four separate buildings.
The survey was to be undertaken in two parts; an initial appraisal of the key elements of structure in order to establish any significant defects, and a second, more thorough due diligence report to facilitate the transaction.
The essential works required were established and budget costs provided. The inspection and report were delivered within tight timescales to enable the investment purchase to complete.
