The design and construction of the facility aims to reflect the principles of advanced technology, high specification and commitment to quality which our clients’ business promotes.
Comprising 29,310 ft2 of manufacturing space and 15,650 ft2 of offices over three floors, Black Cat will project manage the scheme from inception through to completion and we will then manage the performance of the asset through the 12 month retention period.
