Built in 1871 the Grade II Listed Knutsford Town Hall had fallen into disrepair over many years. Black Cat led the repair and refurbishment of the buildings structure to enable new tenant Marstons to fit out and open a new ‘Revere’ brand concept Public House and Restaurant in the heart of Knutsford.

Black Cat worked to tight timescales to enable a handover to Marstons in line with their programme. The listed nature of the building meant liaising with the conversation office and local stakeholders to ensure repairs were undertaken to the highest standard whilst utilising traditional construction methods and building fabrics.
Time spent on site, dealing with unforeseen issues and working through solutions with the main contractor was crucial and allowed the project to be delivered on programme.
