A thorough site survey was undertaken, during which we employed the services of specialist Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for their expert input. The final report was developed into a format the site-based team could then utilise on a day-to-day basis.
The expenditure profiles were reviewed and developed around capital works projects to ensure the planned works were fully considered in the context of the overall business plan for the site. We were retained to provide a strategic review of the site on an annual basis and to update and rebase the expenditure maintaining the site ready for sale or audit at any time.
We were also retained to undertake a feasibility study for re-purposing the centre, in terms of the residential, retail and F&B elements of the scheme, along with a façade risk assessment survey, and a number of Schedules of Dilapidations.
