Black Cat were employed to undertake Project Management and Contract Administration of the refurbishment and fit out of a 206,000 ft2 distribution centre in Coventry with chiller and freezer. The original Landlord’s refurbishment and Tenant’s fit out cost circa £5million and were due to be completed in 4 months.
