Black Cat were contacted by the occupier on Friday 3rd June 2016 regarding a dilapidations claim they had received from their Landlord, Network Space. 

The lease was due to end on the 13th June 2016 and they received a claim to the value of £145,000 just six working days before lease expiry.

We were able to procure the necessary works using our network of approved contractors within the timescales, and the actual works cost £50,000. 

The effort was well worth it to see the shock on the landlord’s surveyors’ face when we met to hand over the unit on the 13th June with the paint still wet!
