Black Cat were employed to undertake Project Management, Contract Administration and Design services relating to the construction and fit out of additional office, welfare and warehouse ancillary space at the above property, in order to facilitate the arrival of a new tenant (Beeswift Ltd) to the space.

From our appointment in May 2020, timescales were incredibly tight to deliver the project in time for Beeswift to take occupation of the property. Following initial discussions with the Landlord, managing the project through to the agreement of the lease, and a Stage 1 tender exercise, the main contractor (ISS Property) progressed the structural and building fabric works agreed initially. Whilst these works were ongoing, we finalised the fit-out design, which was due to complete in Q1 2021.
Through herculean effortsby the wider design team, we were able to deliver the project in full by March 2021, and we are delighted with the results.
