We were instructed to undertake a survey to confirm the current condition of the building, to provide commentary on any significant defects, general repair and maintenance liabilities together with budget costs to put the property into a good condition over a 5 year period, including M&E.
Following our inspection, we were able to provide the client with a planned maintenance programme and were able to highlight the need for further investigations and repair to the building, including a replacement programme for replacement windows and air conditioning
