From a project management and contract administration perspective, we managed the procurement of works and administered the construction on behalf of the client. This included elements such as capturing the client brief; advise on and manage Design Team appointments; coordinate and issue tender documents; lead regular process meetings; handover and manage any snagging issues post practical completion; and manage stakeholder engagement in the design process.
Our coordinated Design Team liaised with key stakeholders to produce a concept design and work with interior and exterior parties to develop a detailed technical design that can be issued for tender. We are pleased to say that we delivered the building on time and on budget
