We were instructed to Project Manage the external repair and remedial works on the prominent Grade II* listed Bridge Street elevation of the Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Chester.

The works included erection of a freestanding, full-height scaffold, roof repairs,repairs to damaged and rotten sections of timber including structural repairs, gutter clearance and lead work repairs, replacement of windows and glazing repairs and a full redecoration throughout.
All works were undertaken in close liaison with the local conservation officer to ensure compliance with the listed building consent.
The project was completed in Q1 2020.
