An initial strip out contract was carried out during the design stages to compress overall programme. Strip out work involved taking the building back to shell whilst working around two retained tenants.
The proposed scope of refurbishment works provided a contemporary space which appealed to modern ‘tech’ occupiers. The existing reception area was significantly enlarged to improve the visitor experience and was finished in high quality materials.
