The project involved working on the new build construction of an industrial unit, a well- established industrial estate, a 400 acre site. Situated approx. 15 miles to the North East of Birmingham City Centre, the 47,250ft² unit with warehouse space, welfare facilities, a mezzanine office space, concrete hard standing yard and docking bays.
Working with the incumbent Tenant, Automotive Insulations Limited, BCBC supported the Tennant Alteration request / Licence for alterations. Assisting the client and tenant to provide extract and supply air to their production space to stop overheating.
