Following our inspection and preparation of a Dilapidations schedule, we were able to negotiate a successful settlement with the Tenant of circa. £365,000 to allow an early surrender to proceed.
We were then retained to act as Contract Administrator for the D&B refurbishment and repair works to the ground floor reception, back of house, main and secondary staircases, 2 nd to 4 th floor office areas, landings and toilets to create a contemporary environment more suited to the current market.
