On the outskirts of Manchester’s developing Northern Quarter, Black Cat Building Consultancy were instructed to Project Manage and process a tenant handover for 35 Dale Street. The client prepared scheme was designed and tendered, allowing BCBC to manage and process the project on behalf of the client behind the scene.
This contract comprised of a refurbishment of the ground and first floors, provide insight to the preparation of contract documents; weekly site monitoring and progress visits; chair monthly meetings; prepare certificates; snagging the works prior to practical completion; reviewing health and safety documents and assuring the client was prepared for the handover.
The client was pleased that Black Cat ensured smooth co-ordination of the project and in accordance with several procedures including ESG requirements, refurbishment, planning permission, and asbestos condition assessments.
Black Cat and the Client were pleased with the completion leaving a stylish and modern finish, developing a circa 1900 listed building into the 21st century.
