Alongside an initial assessment, our Façade Team cover the scopes of the façade configuration and materials of the property, as well as their compliance in terms of fire. This first assessment was part of a five year Planned Preventative Maintenance Report (PPM), to provide a schedule establishing budgets for the future maintenance of the property.
