Black Cat were instructed by CBRE Global Investors to monitor the a project on a 47,250 sq. ft. warehouse unit at Plot 1, Birch Coppice Business Park, Tamworth, Staffordshire.

After reviewing the leases, Black Cat liaised with the tenants to obtain full details of the proposed works. A full report was issued to our client and their legal representatives and Black Cat continued to monitor the works on behalf of the landlord.
