APAM Launch Revamped Number 60 Spring Gardens

Black Cat’s wide-reaching involvement in the refurbishment of the iconic 60 Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre has yielded fantastic results.

From the dilapidations stage, through to Project Managing and Administering the works on-site, the end result is a stylish and design-led workspace encased within a Grade 2 listed building design by Alfred Waterhouse, the architect behind Manchester’s town hall.
