A Case Study in Listed Façades

Earlier this year we project managed repair and remedial works at the Grade II* listed Bridge Street façade at the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, Chester.

We’re delighted with the end results. Undertaken in close liaison with the local conservation officer and in line with the listed building consent, we oversaw a host of repairs, replacement of windows and a full redecoration throughout.
