We’re delighted to welcome Lucy Chappell to Black Cat as Associate Director, joining our growing team in our new Leeds office.

Lucy joins us from Gleeds and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with broad experience across Project Management, Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance and building compliance.

She’ll be working alongside Amie McGagh and Tom Shaw as we continue to build our presence in Leeds and strengthen the support we can offer clients across Yorkshire and the wider region.

Lucy has built a reputation for giving clear, practical advice and going above and beyond for her clients – which sounds pretty Black Cat to us.

Outside work, she’s also a keen runner. Having recently completed a half marathon, she’s already signed up for the next one, as well as finding time to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Great to have you with us, Lucy. Welcome to Black Cat! 🐈‍⬛
