59 PPM’s for Derwent London, In a Lockdown… SMASHED IT!

Over the last few months, we have prepared planned maintenance surveys and facade fire risk assessments for Derwent London, one of the largest property portfolios in the Capital.  The map below illustrates the scale of this undertaking and the amount of co-ordination involved from all parties (as well as how gorgeous some of these buildings are)!

As always, we’re grateful for the opportunity to work on these incredible buildings for an amazing client, and we’re now looking forward to helping them progress works across the City.
