Black Cat Building Consultancy were appointed to work with the site based management and maintenance teams to develop a Planned Maintenance Strategy.
A thorough site survey was undertaken, during which we employed the services of specialist mechanical, electrical and façade engineers for their expert input. The final
report was developed into a format which the site based team could then utilise on a day to day basis.
The expenditure profiles were reviewed and developed around capital works projects to ensure that the planned works were fully considered in the context of the overall business plan for the site.
We are retained to provide a strategic review of the site on an annual basis and to update and rebase the expenditure maintaining the site ready for sale or audit at any time.
